So everytime I walk into a store now I see owl's everywhere. At first I was kinda like ok that is scary. But then the more I saw it the more I like it. Guess I jumped on the band wagon. But right now I am rocking my owl necklace and my owl ring.
I looked on ShopStyle and was amazed at all the owl clothes I found, and what's even more interesting is the owl mania is taking over the home accessories too:
So me being the curious person I am, I googled owls just to see what I would find and here is what I came up with:
In early Indian folklore, Owls represent wisdom and helpfulness, and have powers of prophecy. This theme recurs in Aesop's fables and in Greek myths and beliefs
Middle Ages in Europe, the Owl had become the associate of witches and the inhabitant of dark, lonely and profane places, a foolish but feared spectre
And in the good old West....the Owl has returned to its position as a symbol of wisdom
Well at least for fashion they made them cute and cuddly. Wonder what next years "it animal" will be?

I agree the owl scared me too, but it gives of a cute vintage vibe if worn right! ;)
